Job summary

FUCHS Lubricants Co. is seeking a Filler Operator to join a safety-first, team-oriented environment where quality and efficiency matter. You’ll be hands-on, assembling, labeling, and weighing materials while following strict instructions to keep industries moving.

At least 2 years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required; forklift training is provided. The position offers competitive pay, shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Good judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold.

Responsibilities

• Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.
• Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.
• Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions.
• Scan packaging items, load trucks, and manage inventory using company systems.
• Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
• Support other duties and special projects as assigned.

Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
