Staffmark is hiring an experienced Filler Operator for a dynamic bottled water facility in Benton, TN. This is your chance to be a vital part of the manufacturing process with a company focused on quality, cleanliness, and continuous motion.

Pay & Schedule:

• Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour


• Shifts: Rotating between 1st (6 am-2 pm), 2nd (2 pm-10 pm), and 3rd (10 pm-6 am)


• Training: All candidates must be available to train on the 1st shift


• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Your Role on the Line:

As a Filler Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and cleanliness of bottling line operations. From checking date codes to operating and troubleshooting filler and labeler machines, your keen eye and quick reflexes will keep production running smoothly. You'll assist with routine quality checks, jam clearing, housekeeping tasks, and machine error fixes-all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, machine operator, or production role


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods


• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude


• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and contribute to a fast-paced, active environment
