Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Filler Machine Operator in Alexandria, MN. You will operate filling equipment, monitor product quality, and help ensure safe, fast-paced production.

Position offers 6:00 AM–6:00 PM rotating day shifts, 3–4 days per week with every other weekend. High school diploma or GED preferred; 12 months machine experience and basic QA skills are required. Benefits and weekly pay support your continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean (CIP), test, monitor, and operate filling equipment.
• Perform quality checks, including weight, sterility, package integrity, and machine inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Complete FDA-required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area.
• Monitor production efficiency, yields, and scrap reduction efforts.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance, management, and team members.
• Assist with routine machine maintenance and production support as needed.
• Fill in for team members during breaks and absences.
