Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; prior experience on a fill line, packaging team, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail to spot packaging defects, line jams, and machinery issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing & Stacking: Stack finished packaged cases safely onto pallets according to established stack patterns.
• Supply Replenishment: Replenish packaging materials to keep lines running continuously.
• Machine Operation: Observe and operate line equipment, including powered conveyors and capping machines.
• Line Monitoring: Monitor the active fill line to catch and clear operational issues.
• Quality & Inspection: Inspect products and packaging materials, removing defective items prior to final shipment.
• Equipment Care: Clean machinery and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Safety Protocols: Follow all safety guidelines for operating powered equipment.
