Job Description

Winsor Consult Group is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Call Center Agent to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience with Resident Outreach and Communications and must reside in New York City. This position offers a highly competitive salary.

Job Duties:

  1. Maintain a positive attitude, helpful demeanor, and adaptability in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  2. Make and receive calls related to NYCHA renovations, repairs, and relocations, handling high call volumes with changing information.
  3. Support and maintain a knowledge base (FAQ) for consistent and accurate customer service.
  4. Become proficient in our client relations software (LiveVox) for resident communication.
  5. Use call center software, headphones, perform data entry, and manage databases to deliver excellent customer service.
  6. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and ensure prompt, accurate information delivery to residents.
  7. Assist managers and staff with resident communications and engagement activities.
  8. Track relocation packages and advise on database enhancements to support NYCHA goals.
  9. Monitor and report on tasks and results using in-house data systems.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Hourly Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
