Founder & Principal at Fontan Architecture

We are a small architecture firm located on west 27th st in need of an expeditor to work in our office part time freelance. Class 2 expeditor preferred but we are open to Class 1 with sufficient experience.

Mostly Al1s and Alt2s, DOF filling as well for tax lot mergers.

Must be able to handle CofO process and do all filings for new jobs, getting signoffs, etc...

Small friendly office. We are looking for someone punctual, responsible, and reliable who knows how to deal with DOB issues.
