Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Filer Intermediate/Middle School as an ELL Paraprofessional. This full-time position is designed for someone who is passionate about supporting English Language Learners (ELL) in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to implement instructional strategies, provide individualized support, and foster a positive learning environment for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Responsibilities
  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering effective instruction to ELL students, including the preparation of instructional materials and resources.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to ELL students to enhance their understanding of the curriculum and improve language skills.

Requirements
