Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Come work for an award-winning leading printed-bag supplier in the promotional products industry at a 225,000-square foot facility in Union, IL. Established in 1980, we are seeking a file clerk to work the first shift, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a file expeditor you will be responsible for pulling files for orders and changes in an orderly, accurate, and timely fashion.

File Expeditor Duties and Responsibilities
Pull changes for orders that are in the plate, proofing or production/shipping departments.
Pull problem files within the hour that the call came in.
Pull reorders and deliver them in a timely fashion.
Tracking all files that are pulled to appropriate departments.
Knowledge of the SAP computer system and the ability to look up all information needed to successfully locate all file types.
Answer pages in a timely fashion.
Any other related duties as assigned by management.
File Expeditor Qualifications and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is recommended.
Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures, sequence, and pace.
Ability to work with a variety of skilled/unskilled, professional and administrative personnel.
Knowledge of office administrations, phone, computers and people skills.
Ability to complete assigned tasks quickly and efficiently.
