Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record; coursework in finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in investment banking or related field; exposure to financial institutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for depository and insurance clients, including merger and capital models.
• Perform valuation analyses including comps, precedent transactions, DCF, and dividend discount models.
• Analyze financial statements, regulatory filings, and sector-specific metrics; interpret capital adequacy and risk indicators.
• Prepare pitch books, CIMs, and offering documents for M&A and capital raises.
• Conduct industry research using S&P Capital IQ Pro, FDIC/NCUA/NAIC data, Bloomberg, among others.
• Support due diligence, data room management, and drafting of marketing materials.
• Coordinate with equity research and institutional sales on capital markets transactions.
• Maintain deal logs and weekly market update materials.
• Attend client meetings and management presentations as part of the deal team.
