Job summary

Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) seeks a qualified professional to provide complex consultative services and manage financial assistance programs, including the Flood Infrastructure Fund. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-7 years of progressive, relevant work experience for III/IV levels.
• Experience substitutable for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex consultative services on TWDB Financial Assistance programs.
• Leads and coordinates the Flood Infrastructure Fund (FIF) program.
• Oversees funding allocation, project mapping and assessments.
• Develops policy and process improvements for financial assistance programs.
• Prepares presentations and documents for stakeholders.
