We’re looking for a part-time, remote FieldFlo Implementation Consultant to lead our client in their onboarding and configuration project from kickoff to go-live. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our customer - translating their operations into scalable solutions within FieldFlo.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end FieldFlo implementation, including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and support
• Customize workflows, forms, user roles, and job scheduling tools
• Provide strategic guidance on how to best use FieldFlo to support field team and back-office functions
• Train users and develop process documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with FieldFlo support as needed
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience implementing FieldFlo
• Strong knowledge of field service or construction industry workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with an eye for operational efficiency
