Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Materials Resource Planner (MRP) to manage direct material flow in the Field Wind cell, ensuring availability of required materials and proper ERP/MES transactions. The role emphasizes lean process improvement and support for the master schedule with strong collaboration across operations.

The candidate will optimize inventory, maintain BOM/master data, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with required manufacturing/supply chain experience.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or supply chain if Bachelor’s; 6+ years if HS.
• Experience with ERP/MES and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and release Production Orders and Purchase Requisitions to support master schedule.
• Provide material responsibility for assembly, machining, and subcontract processes.
• Identify shortages, monitor corrective actions, and manage inventory levels.
