Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for homes and businesses. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and carry out minor repairs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires field work across various sites, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. The company offers competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections identifying entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and structures.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation per guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and client interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
