Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Well Chemical Operator to operate equipment for water treatment, chemical injection and inventory management during frac jobs.

This hands-on role requires operating Chlorine Dioxide units, chemadd units, and loading/unloading trucks, with travel to well sites as part of the crew. Applicants must be 21+, hold a Class A CDL (Hazmat preferred), and be prepared for 24/7 on-call coverage on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred.
• Willingness to travel to well sites with the crew and work 24/7 on-call coverage on weekends/holidays.
• Experience in energy services and strong safety record desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate Chlorine Dioxide units and chemical injection equipment during frac jobs.
• Perform inventory management and load/unload vehicles to maintain service schedule.
• Travel with crew or independently to well sites, and rig equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards at all times.
