Job summary

RANDALL in Orlando, FL is seeking experienced Metalwork Field Installers and Welders to join Randall Architectural Ironworks. You will read blueprints, fabricate and assemble metal structures and oversee installation of fine finish elements on-site near Orlando's attractions.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 5 years in the trade, able to lift 50 pounds, set up field welding equipment (TIG, MIG, Flux Core) and work independently while leading a team.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Lead a field team and work independently.
• Communicate effectively with team and clients.
• Maintain safety and quality in field installs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field installation team and work independently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures using welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
• Oversee the installation of finish elements.
• Set up, operate and maintain field welding equipment (TIG, MIG, Flux Core).
• Value and exhibit safe working methods.
• Recruit and train team members as needed.
