We are seeking seasoned shop and field technicians/mechanics with experience in similar heavy equipment dealerships to join our third-generation, family-owned organization. We have 100+ job openings throughout our 30+ locations in Arizona, Nevada, and parts of Eastern California.

Qualifications

• At least six months of related experience in a similar role and environment.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Keep safety as a priority in the work environment.
• Ability to successfully complete a skills assessment. (eTRAIN test)
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Own and maintain required personal tools.
• Five years heavy equipment welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, recondition, weld, fabricate, and service and prepare CAT and Empire line machines for delivery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and failures of machines, engines, machine systems and components.
• Work in adverse weather and other adverse situations presented by field working conditions.
• Accept all out-of-town assignments requiring extended overnight stays.
• Provide on-the-job training to helpers as assigned.
• Communicate, orally and in writing, information, instructions, and explanations to associates, clients and management regarding equipment conditions, problems, and recommendations.
