Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Arlington, TX is seeking an Asset Care Service Technician to install and service water purification systems at customer sites. You will deliver, set up, and exchange ion exchange tanks, and perform tests to ensure water quality and system integrity.

You will load and secure equipment, maintain inventory, and adhere to safety policies while building strong customer relationships. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial & industrial membrane systems and UV systems.
• Knowledge of PLC logic/programming.
• Knowledge of ion exchange and membrane theory and operation, plus pretreatment applications.
• Vocational training in electrical/industrial/mechanical fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites with tanks and equipment for delivery.
• Load/unload tanks, maintain inventory and ensure quality specs.
• Record vehicle inspections and inventory changes accurately.
• Take water samples and perform tests (TDS, pH, hardness, etc.).
• Rinse and exchange ion exchange tanks to customer specs.
• Perform maintenance on equipment including PVC repairs and pumps.
