Job summary

Phigenics is seeking a part-time field technician to perform on-site water readings and sample collection in the Fargo, ND area. The role requires 10-20 hours per month during normal business hours, with occasional travel within a 100-mile radius.

Training will be provided to operate measurement instruments and prepare samples for lab analysis. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, communicates well, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; chemistry/biology coursework a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license with 2+ years driving record.
• Willingness to travel within 100 miles as needed.
• Flexible schedule: 10–20 hours per month during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site readings with testing instruments (chlorine, temperature, pH).
• Collect water samples for lab analysis and shipping.
• Mentor/assist peers after training to share knowledge.
• Travel within 100-mile radius as required.
