Job summary

Northstar Summit is seeking a hands-on Videographer & Content Creator to capture real stories from our family of local companies. You will spend substantial time in the field documenting day-to-day operations, crews, and communities, producing engaging video across platforms.

This role demands self-motivation, ownership of end-to-end content, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life with minimal direction. A strong portfolio is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Ability to capture authentic, unscripted moments in field settings.
• Strong storytelling and creative vision.
• Comfort working on active job sites and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Document day-to-day work across blue-collar crews in the field.
• Capture authentic moments for social media and company stories.
• Produce videos for various platforms (short and long form).
• Plan, shoot, and edit content from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to align content with marketing goals.
