Job summary

Path Construction is seeking a highly skilled Videographer and Content Creator to capture and produce professional video, photography, and cinematic drone footage across our active jobsites and offices nationwide. This role drives storytelling for recruiting, marketing, business development, and social media.

This is not an entry-level content role. We require real production experience; you must shoot broadcast-quality video, edit quickly and cleanly, and operate a drone with cinematic skill,

Qualifications

• Proven production experience with broadcast-quality video.
• Drone operation with cinematic skill, including FPV-style flying.
• Demo reel required for application.
• Ability to work part-time 15–30 hours/week across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional video, photography, and cinematic drone footage at active jobsites and offices.
• Film and edit interview-style videos with on-site audio setup.
• Develop interview questions and story angles with leadership.
• Produce project highlights with broadcast-quality look.
• Create content for recruiting, marketing, business development, social media, and company website.
• Organize and maintain a library of video assets.
• Operate drones safely per FAA regulations and site safety rules.
