Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across assigned territories. Multiple levels (Level 1, Level 2, Senior) offer progression based on experience and business needs.

You will document conditions, coordinate scheduling, and support inventory flow with thorough inspections. Responsibilities include safety-compliant vehicle handling, reporting, and collaboration with Wholesale Specialists and other teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• 1–2 years automotive-related experience preferred for Level 2 and 5+ years for Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to Manheim standards.
• Document vehicle condition and data accurately in systems.
• Engage dealer clients and manage territory with professionalism.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports.
