Rfamec is looking for a Construction Equipment Validation Engineer to perform testing and validation of construction machinery. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and entails working onsite in Dubuque, IA, providing opportunities for professional growth and involvement in a variety of engineering projects.

You will be responsible for conducting field tests, documenting results, and acting as the voice of the customer during product development. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems and hands-on problem solving.
