• Experience reviewing GDOT or utility locate requests and responding within required timeframes.
• Familiarity with utility locating equipment and traffic control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, observe, document, and verify work in progress to ensure compliance with schedule and plans.
• Identify and mark GDOT-owned underground infrastructure using locating equipment.
• Maintain daily field reports with contractor activities, quantities, and equipment used.
• Perform on-site material testing and produce as-constructed sketches as required.
• Support GDOT signal maintenance activities as needed.
