Job summary

ELM Utility Services is seeking a Utility Locate Technician for the Clearfield, Utah area. In this role, you will work independently, using a company vehicle as your mobile office to ensure the reliable marking of underground utilities. You must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass safety-related checks, including a drug test.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, Motor Vehicle Record, and background check.
• Must comply with all Federal DOT regulations regarding drug use.
• High School Diploma or GED & at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete a route of locate requests each day independently outdoors.
• Accurately locate and mark underground utilities using marking paint and flags.
• Use your mobile work system to receive daily tasks.
