Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding construction work.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, and climb throughout shift.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, waterline, and drainage systems.
• Work in trenches following trench safety requirements.
• Load, unload, and transport pipe, fittings, tools, and construction materials.
• Assist pipe layers, operators, and foremen with utility installation activities.
• Use hand tools, power tools, laser levels, and other construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Help with excavation support, bedding material placement, backfilling, and compaction operations.
• Install utility structures, including manholes, catch basins, and drainage inlets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Assist with traffic control and site preparation activities as required.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
