Job summary

ASML in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, upgrade, relocate and qualify advanced lithography systems at customer sites. You will work with customers and engineers to ensure safe, high-quality installations and achieve optimal system performance.

You will join ASML's Customer Support organization, collaborating across teams to diagnose issues, document work, and contribute to continuous improvement while traveling up to 75% within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or physics.
• 0–2 years in field service, semiconductor manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Experience assembling, installing, troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience reading technical docs, drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum systems, pneumatics, hydraulics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, de-install, assemble, and qualify lithography systems and subsystems.
• Execute system upgrades and recovery activities per procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system issues.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyze system performance and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Complete technical reports, service orders, and handovers accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor less experienced teammates.
