Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain quality standards.
• Train, coach, and support new and existing employees.
• Cover staffing shortages as needed.
• Provide operational support to Area Managers.
• Conduct regular building inspections.
• Ensure employees have necessary supplies and equipment.
• Address cleaning or staffing concerns quickly.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and clients.
• Travel between assigned facilities.
