Tarkett Sports, a global leader in sports construction, is hiring a Synthetic Turf Field Installer. This hands-on role involves precision cutting, turf layout, and embedding field markings, with significant overnight travel to job sites and collaboration with site teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED; construction or field installation experience is preferred but not required. A hybrid work option is available and accommodations will be provided for travel demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction or field installation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field setup upon arrival at the job site.
• Accurately handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings.
• Operate straight edges and tools used in turf alignment and installation.
• Cut turf materials precisely using scissors and razor knives.
• Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue.
• Inspect turf seams to ensure high-quality bonding and alignment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
• Support the final job site walk-through to ensure installation quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.
• Overnight travel 75% of the year.
