Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking capable team members to supervise field trips and engage with campers in a fun, safe environment. You will chaperone activities, travel between stops by bus, and help kids explore their interests through play and learning.

Qualities like calmness under pressure, leadership in group settings, and a genuine love for working with children are essential. Eligible applicants will be 18+, with some experience and certifications in First Aid and CPR.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children, 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp (additional certifications may be required).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops with campers, keeping activities engaging.
• Actively supervise campers and ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Report and record notable concerns or incidents, including injuries, to campers and staff.
