Job summary

Steve & Kate's is seeking team members for our Field Trip program in Bothell, WA. You will chaperone field trips, connect with campers, and monitor safety and wellness, traveling by bus to multiple stops while keeping play and learning at the forefront.

We offer hourly pay of $23.25–$25.75 based on experience, with the chance to grow leadership skills in a creative, playful environment that values authentic selves and inclusive community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children, with 1 year preferred, in professional, personal or volunteer settings.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certificates).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections with campers, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops while engaging with kids and ensuring their safety.

• Reporting notable concerns or incidents and keeping track of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
