Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Dunkin’ Field Training Manager to lead training activities for new initiatives, partner with Franchisees, and drive adoption of brand training principles across regional teams.

The role requires strong project management, MS Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support field operations and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in restaurant/retail management, training, or multi-unit management.
• 5–7 years of experience in restaurant/retail training, operations, or multi-unit management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leads all training activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systems.
• Facilitates virtual and in-person training experiences using effective adult learning principles.
• Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions with Above Restaurant Leader audience.
• Uses project management processes for risk management, issues resolution, change management, and document management.
• Drives engagement to influence franchisees to embrace necessary changes in their business units.
• Partners to build relationships with cross-functional teams, franchisees, and Above Restaurant Leaders to influence adoption of training principles.
• Collaborates with field teams to diagnose knowledge gaps and training problems, proposing solutions.
• Acts as ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and Above Restaurant Leaders on brand initiatives.
• Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross-functional teams to strategize market and network plans.

Job description

As a Dunkin’ Field Training Manager, you will be a part of a fun, exciting culture that goes beyond training. Partnering with your Dunkin’ colleagues, you will use your experience and expertise to support our Franchisees through implementing and training national & regional initiatives. Passion for success and building strong relationships with Field Operations, Franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders will be the foundation to influencing a culture centered around high performance and accountability which embodies our values and delivers on our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads all training activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systems
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training experiences consistently using effective adult learning principles
• Presents content during regional meetings and training sessions with the Above Restaurant Leader audience
• Utilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.
• Drives engagement in support of the initiative to influence franchisees to embrace the needed change within their business unit
• Actively partners to build relationships with cross functional team members, franchisees, and their above restaurant leaders to influence adoption of training principles.
• Collaborates with field team to diagnose root causes for knowledge gaps, operational and training problems, and articulate potential solutions
• Acts as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders for brand initiatives.
• Participates in meetings with franchisees and cross functional team to strategize market and network plans, provide expertise and consulting as needed

Travel Recquired

A minimum of 75% travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years Experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks accordingly
