Your Role as a Talent Mentor
As a Talent Mentor, you’ll play a key role in developing and recruiting top leadership talent while supporting multiple restaurants.
Your day-to-day will include:
Who We’re Looking For
2-5 years of experience in recruiting and leadership development (restaurant industry preferred).
Proven ability to develop talent and hit key performance metrics.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring a team.
Availability to work a set five-day schedule (no Sundays).
Enthusiastic, positive, and driven with a growth mindset.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
