Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Field Training Manager to ensure consistent training and coaching across the franchise group. The role requires oversight of restaurant certification processes and driving market training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of operations experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for developing restaurant teams.

Competitive compensation between $85,000 - $105,000 and various benefits including training, bonuses, flexible scheduling, and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations with supervisory and/or training experience.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct market-based training for new products.
• Conduct assessments and provide coaching during restaurant visits.
• Manage the restaurant certification process.
• Support local initiatives and activities as required.
