Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer & Sales Representative to guide clients through health and life insurance solutions while mentoring team members. The role emphasizes structure, reliability, and a proactive approach to helping clients and colleagues succeed.

In this position you will build a personal book of business, conduct presentations, and follow up on leads. Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives for performance, in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Experience in field training or B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to follow structured processes and deliver results.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and teammates.
