Job summary

Ascend Staffing in North Salt Lake, Utah is seeking a Field Trainer to learn, operate, and train on the software systems our company uses to promote best practices and onboarding across branches.

The role requires traveling up to 75% of the time to train internal employees, develop LMS modules, create and deliver trainings (including virtual sessions), and collaborate with other departments to implement new processes, while maintaining reliable on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred.
• Analytical and methodical when approaching challenges.
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Branch locations to train and instruct internal employees as needed.

• Be a subject matter expert on software programs.

• Create virtual trainings and conduct them independently.
• Co-conduct corporate trainings.
• Answer training helpdesk tickets.
• Work closely with the support center departments to assist with operational trainings.

Field TrainerJob Summary

Field Trainer position is an entry level position that assumes the responsibility of learning, operating, and training on various software systems that the company utilizes to perform and enhance best practices. This job requires some travel to work with various branches in onboarding and training. Building and conducting trainings is a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational and computer skills as well as content knowledge. This role requires working closely with other departments to strategize, provide insight and train on new processes.
