The City of Baltimore is seeking a Traffic Signal Installer I to install, maintain and repair signals and safety equipment. This role involves outdoor work, exposure to weather, and on-call emergencies, with supervision from a technical superior.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and two years of experience in electrical installation/maintenance, plus a valid Maryland driver's license. The position requires physical dexterity and readiness for outdoor conditions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
• Valid Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license; must be eligible to obtain Baltimore City permit; provisional licenses not acceptable.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain and repair traffic signals and safety equipment.
• Work outdoors, exposed to weather, traffic, heights, and electrical components.
• Respond to emergencies on a 24-hour on-call basis and work with supervision.
