Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in traffic control and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of traffic control setups, signage, PPE, and work zone safety.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment in field environments.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and evidence-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured audits of active work zones, offices, yards, and training facilities using approved tools and standards.
• Verify compliance with traffic control layouts, site-specific safety protocols, and company policy.
• Evaluate training environments and retraining practices for effectiveness and readiness.
• Identify unsafe conditions, at-risk behaviours, and deviations from standards.
• Escalate safety risks per protocols to ensure immediate mitigation and verify corrective actions.
• Inventory traffic control equipment, Guardian Smart Flaggers, signage, batteries, vehicles, and trailers.
• Coordinate findings with Asset Management and Integration teams when deficiencies are identified.
• Maintain high standards of report clarity, accuracy, and objectivity.
• Identify recurring deficiencies or process gaps across inspections.
• Communicate emerging trends to Quality Control management for broader intervention.
