Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation in South Florida is seeking a Farm Tractor Driver to safely transport harvested sugarcane from field locations to the conveyor ramp site. This role requires consistent attention to detail and sustained focus during long work shifts, with work near canals, trucks, heavy machinery, and field personnel.

Responsibilities include reliability, loading wagons, guiding tractors to the ramp, and following all safety guidelines and PPE.

Qualifications

• Previous tractor driving experience preferred.
• Basic reading and English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors pulling loaded wagons safely and efficiently.
• Load wagons alongside harvesters and guide them over the ramp for dumping.
• Move tractors to and from fields safely while coordinating with field personnel.
• Follow all safety guidelines and properly use PPE.
