ICON Technology Group seeks Test Technicians to operate, build, troubleshoot, and repair test systems across our Austin lab and field deployments. You’ll work hands-on with PLCs, motion control, hydraulics, and electrical systems, documenting everything you touch and supporting both Product Test and Printing Test tracks based on experience and business needs.

Responsibilities include setting up test stands, diagnosing issues with Beckhoff TwinCAT, and leading shifts or mentoring others as you

Qualificações

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred in mechatronics or related field.
Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, fluid, or manufacturing environments.
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration under pressure.

Responsabilidades

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical, fluid, electro-mechanical, and printer test systems.
Build and maintain test infrastructure including test stands and electrical cabinets.
Diagnose and repair using schematics, meters, and Beckhoff TwinCAT; replace parts and calibrate.
Terminate and connect electrical, pneumatic, and EtherCAT cabling.
Support on-site test builds and field operations, including logistics and QC measurements.
Log test data, track downtime, and maintain inventory and documentation.
