Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hands-on technical role with testing, maintenance, or field operations.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software and basic drawings.
• Experience with additive manufacturing processes (FDM, SLA, SLS/DMLS).
• Experience designing and operating test rigs/fixtures.
• Strong ability to follow procedures and read engineering docs.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, or integrated hardware.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work non-standard hours.
• Comfortable outdoors in remote test environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, set up, execute, and teardown product test campaigns.
• Assemble and run test equipment per plans and engineering direction.
• Perform pre-test inspections and verify equipment readiness.
• Assist with troubleshooting during test prep and execution.
• Maintain field equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Record test activities, anomalies, and results clearly.
• Coordinate repairs or corrective actions for deficiencies.
• Support site prep and logistics for field tests.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate hazards.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to adapt to evolving requirements.
