Our high growth Field Operations team is looking for our next self-starting Field Test Engineer. Our team is made of engineers that are passionate about subsea robotics and open ocean exploration. We work in a complex, dynamic environment that take place both onshore and offshore, where collaboration and idea sharing are a way of life. We are experts on the water and operating Anduril’s Maritime products.
We are seeking a Field Test Engineer to join the Quincy based team at Anduril, where you’ll work in a cutting-edge start-up environment to advance the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics. In this role, you will be at the water's edge and on the deck plate - planning, executing, and analyzing at-sea test events for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and subsea systems. You will serve as the critical link between engineering and the real-world ocean environment, turning design intent into validated hardware and software performance. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on solving hard problems in the field, often far from the lab and under demanding austere operational conditions.
$99,000—$130,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
