Applus IDIADA is seeking a Driver Operator to collect data for North America projects, operating vehicles to client specifications and documenting observations in our Data Acquisition system. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 5 years of driving experience, and the ability to work outdoors on varied terrains.

The position supports data gathering across routes, with shifts that may include extended hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record for at least 3 years.
• Experience with ADAS features is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Carry out driving services on vehicles per customer specifications.
• Drive vehicles along predefined routes across varied terrains and conditions.
• Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections.
• Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations.
• Follow instructions from the project manager.
• Complete daily reports and any required program documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Assist data acquisition and tagging of objects, obstacles, and anomalies.
