Job summary

Applus IDIADA is seeking Driver Operators to join our team. The driver would gather data to customer specifications across North America, and document observations in our Data Acquisition system.

Responsibilities include driving vehicles on predefined routes, performing pre/post-shift inspections, managing data acquisition systems, and reporting daily observations. The role lasts 4-5 months with potential for future projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Current Driver's License with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Experience working with ADAS features is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out driving services on vehicles per customer specifications.
• Drive and operate vehicles along predefined routes in various terrains and weather.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections and predatory checks.
• Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Drive safely, following traffic regulations and project instructions.
• Produce daily reports and support program management as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Tag and document objects, obstacles, and anomalies observed during data acquisition.
