Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics Technology preferred; four years of related experience may substitute.
• Minimum three years of direct telecommunications work experience for Level II tech and higher.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install telecommunications equipment (Microwave Radios, SCADA, VSAT, CDMA, Phone Systems, LAN/WAN, VHF).
• Diagnose and resolve outages using problem-solving skills and document resolutions in ticketing system.
• Interface with employees, management, vendors, and customers with professionalism.
• Schedule daily work for efficiency and operate with limited supervision.
