Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in computer technology or related discipline preferred.
  • Two years of Co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting with proactive approach.
  • Organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking standards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as part of regular duties.

Responsibilities

  • Promote adoption of technology solutions at district jobsites, including deployment, support, and training.
  • Engage in adoption of new processes and technologies to improve efficiencies.
  • Identify issues and opportunities; develop practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify innovations and challenges.
  • Build relationships with project and district teams for smooth execution.
  • Provide implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Set up and maintain jobsite technology and infrastructure; provide remote support.
  • Monitor server resources and tech solutions at district offices and sites.
  • Plan, create, and deliver technical training and knowledge resources.
  • Resolve user-reported problems by logging issues per company procedures.
  • Assist team members with technical issues.
  • Position requires up to 25% travel within the district.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the adoption of technology solutions at district jobsites, including deployment, ongoing support, and training.
  • Passionate about engaging in adoption of new processes and emerging technologies that enhance efficiencies.
  • Actively seek out issues, problems, and opportunities, and create solutions.
  • Work with operational project teams to identify innovations, challenges, issues and solutions.
  • Build working relationships with project and district teams.
  • Provide implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Jobsite setup and maintenance for various technologies and infrastructure, including remote support.
  • Administer and monitor district office and construction sites server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation and respond to issues.
  • Plan, create and deliver technical training and other knowledge resources.
  • Resolve user‑reported problems through timely logging of issues and following the company’s procedures and policies.
  • Assist other team members with technical issues.
  • Position involves up to 25% travel within the district.
