WaterFleet, LLC is seeking reliable Water/Wastewater Technicians to join our Operations team. The role involves delivering trailers, performing maintenance, and supporting field crews across remote Permian Basin sites in varied weather.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to travel. This position requires physical work, safety awareness, and good communication with customers and team members.
Site: Functions in the field out of either Midland, TX supporting the Permian Basin.
Hours: 10 days-on/5 days-off hitch schedule for non-local employees, M-F schedule for employees who live locally
WaterFleet, LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Water/Wastewater Technicians (WWT) to join our Operations team. WWT must be able to function effectively both as a member of a rig-move team, and also independently in the delivery of service, maintenance and repairs. Work locations are remote, geographically dispersed, and fully exposed to all extremes of weather. WWST will work directly and indirectly with a small crew. Successful performance will require both physical and mental exertion & resilience. Maintenance issues that occur after-hours will be addressed in an on-call rotation basis. WWT will frequently drive long distances, work with exposed wastewater (sewage), and experience double & triple shifts consecutively. The successful WWT must be able to accomplish these tasks without compromising the delivery of quality, safety, or customer service.
