Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Field Technician to measure, install and test doors and windows at customers' homes or businesses. You will provide care instructions, perform repairs, and coordinate follow-up visits while maintaining strong customer communication and safety practices.

The role requires at least 1 year of window/door installation or repair experience, an associate degree or technical certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

• Experience in window/door installation or repair.
• Associates degree or technical certification in the industry.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable.

Mansioni

• Measure, install and test products for customers.
• Travel to customers' homes or businesses for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide customers with usage instructions for the products.
• Coordinate required return visits and communicate needed services.
• Perform post-installation inspections and ensure quality.
• Promote the company's services to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment and tools.
• Lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as needed.
