Job summary

Universal Windows Direct is hiring a Field Technician in the Carnegie area to measure, install and test windows and doors, and teach customers proper product use. You will travel to customers' homes or businesses to perform repairs and routine maintenance, demonstrating excellent technical and mechanical skills.

Ideal candidates have experience with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• 1 year (Required) window/door installation or repair experience.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Measure and install windows/doors and perform testing.
• Provide repairs including hardware and seal repairs.
• Take accurate measurements and inspect installations.
• Coordinate follow-up visits and communicate services needed.
• Perform post-installation inspections and ensure safety.
