T-Mobile is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across Western Pennsylvania to Northern West Virginia.
This role covers the Northeast part of the Pittsburgh market such as Clearfield, Brookville, Punxsutawney, Indiana, Patton, and Altoona, with occasional day travel to other areas within the Pittsburgh market including Pittsburgh, Erie, Greensburg, Summerset, Breezewood, and other surrounding areas. There may also be instances where this person is asked to provide assistance along the I-79 corridor in Northern West Virginia, covering towns such as Morgantown, Clarksburg, Fairmont, and Buckhannon.
The Field Technician role involves applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability. It involves providing technical assistance, managing smaller projects, and contributing to operational process improvements. The role requires understanding of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services. Success is measured by effective technical support, timely project updates, and identification of process improvements. The work directly impacts network stability and service quality for organizational and customer needs.

Base Pay Range: $27.16 - $48.99Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
