Job summary

All Dry Gulf Coast is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Brandon, FL team. This hands-on role focuses on on-site water extraction, equipment setup, and restoration tasks in both commercial and residential settings.

The ideal candidate brings field experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills. You will work under a Lead Technician, maintaining tools and documenting field reports. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior field technician or service technician experience is a plus.
• Valid driver?s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in field settings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in various indoor environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work for an IICRC certified Lead Technician.
• Extract water from flooded commercial & residential structures.
• Perform on-site setup and decontamination of equipment.
• Prepare structure for possible drywall/flooring demolition.
• Demolition and removal of damaged material.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status and technical findings.
• Document service calls, work orders, and field reports accurately.
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition.
